Pre-advice
If there has been any changes with your health or medication since you have completed your medical/consent form, please get in touch to discuss before your appointment.
Please avoid having a COVID vaccination less than 14 days before your appointment.
ALL TREATMENTS

- It is advisable to arrive to your first appointment wearing your normal everyday makeup.

- Blood thinners such as aspirin / ibuprofen /Alcohol / Omegas and other blood thinning supplements should be avoided for at least 24 hours before each treatment. They can make you more prone to bleeding and bruising during your treatment which can affect your results. Do not discontinue any prescribed medication without prior consent from your GP.

- Topical Retinol / Retin A / AHA's or chemical peels should be avoided on the face area for at least 4 weeks before each treatment.

- Avoid prolonged sun exposure and sun beds for at least 4 weeks prior to each treatment.

- It is recommended to wait 2 weeks after having a COVID vaccine before permanent makeup.

BROWS
- No botox around the forehead or eye area within 3 weeks leading to your treatment. It is advisable to have permanent makeup for the eyebrows 3 weeks before or after botox.

- Do not wax your eyebrows for at least 1 week before your appointment. You must avoid tinting or laminating the eyebrow within 2 weeks before your treatment.

LIPS
- If you have a history of Herpes Simplex (cold sores) obtain and use Zovirex (you can buy behind the counter) for 5 days before and one week after the lip blush treatment to minimise an outbreak.

- Give lips a gentle scrub the night before your lip blush appointment and apply lip balm liberally for a few days coming up to your appointment. It is very important to not arrive to your lip blush appointment with dry lips.

- Wait 4 weeks after lip fillers

EYES
- Eyelash growth serum stimulates blood flow to the skin around the eye area resulting in more growth of hair/lashes. If you have been using revitalish or any other growth serums, the skin in that area is in a hypersensitive and vascular state so will bleed easily during the implanting of the pigments. Discontinue using these at least 3 months before permanent makeup for the eyes.

- Avoid eyelash tinting or lash lifting treatments such as LVL within 2 weeks before.

- Eyelash extensions should be professionally removed at least 48 hours before treatment.

- Please bring your glasses or spare contact lenses as they can't be work during the treatment.
